Whenever I hear the word exercise, I get a little panicky feeling in the pit of my stomach and it makes me think how much I need it and dread it at the same time. I have been overweight most of my adult life and have tried every fad diet or weight loss gimmick I could get my hands on and usually all that it got me was a lighter wallet. Some plans may have helped for awhile and given me some results but I would quickly get bored or it would be too hard and time consuming to follow and I would quit.
My poor husband has taken this roller coaster journey along side me and has been understanding and mostly quiet when I have came home with some new miracle diet that I swore would work this time. He does not judge or say I told you so when it fails or I quit. He has bought me a treadmill and bike and a gym membership. Bless his heart he puts up with a lot. I have bought videos by the celebrities, never thinking "what do they know about being overweight?"
Then I came across Fitness Alliance . This site has some of the top workout programs all in one place. 90 Day Review will get you in the best shape of your life in just 90 days. Get an Extreme body workout with P90X and get the Beach body you have always dreamed of.
These are not celebrity endorsed programs but regimens put together by leading physical fitness experts. You may have seen some of the infomercials for these products and wondered if they are for you. Now you can research them all in one place at your own pace. No sales pitches.
The one I so want to try is the Insanity workout. It seems like an extremely hard workout but I think it's time I made the complete commitment and got myself in shape. I'm not getting any younger and do not want to spend the rest of my life overweight. If you are as fed up with giving up as I am, check out Fitness Alliance and all of the programs they have to offer that have proven results.
